BEA Members may be represented by their primary representative, or alternate. A nominal charge will be billed to the member quarterly for attendance by more than one individual.
Guests are welcome to attend meetings, but must be pre-approved through the Executive Director, Cheryl Samilio Meyer. Please e-mail or call (716.852.6916) with your request. Under no circumstance are representatives of competitive businesses to a BEA member permitted to attend meetings.
